Six of our mouth-watering mini gluten-free buttermilk cake-a-lettes (our 3 ounce mini version of our cakes) for 3 months. Every month, you receive our featured flavor of the month that reflect the seasons of the month with new fruits, spices or both. Our gluten-free products are nut-free and baked with all natural ingredients. Our recipe consists of butter, sugar, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, and a flour mixture of white rice flour, sweet rice flour, soy flour, tapioca flour, and xanthan gum. These products ARE NOT soy-free or dairy-free, however, they ARE baked in a certified gluten-free, nut free, and Kosher facility facility. Each cake-a-lette Serves 1-2
