Ingredients include: Butter, Sugar, Flour (White Rice, Sweet Rice, Tapioca, Soy and Xanthum Gum), Buttermilk, Eggs, Vanilla and Baking Soda. All the ingredients you use at home when you bake. We added organic blueberry, boysenberry and raspberries to create our best selling gluten free triple berry cake.
