Every cake-a-lette (think mini-muffin) is baked with the same core ingredients: Butter, Sugar, Flour (White Rice, Sweet Rice, Tapioca, Soy and Xanthum Gum), Buttermilk, Eggs, Vanilla and Baking Soda.
