Our gluten free cakes are baked in a certified gluten free kitchen (and no nuts). Ingredients include: Butter, Sugar, Flour (White Rice, Sweet Rice, Tapioca, Soy and Xanthum Gum), Buttermilk, Eggs, Vanilla and Baking Soda. All the ingredients you use at home when you bake.
We ship SIX 3 ounce mini cake-a-lettes. Each serve 1-2.
